Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born in Paris France to British parents Jacqueline Luesby and Chris Watson, both lawyers. They was moved to Oxfordshire at the age of five and enrolled in the Dragon School. Emma always had the desire to be a professional actress from the age of aged six. She attended Stagecoach Theatre Arts in Oxford, an acting school that offers part-time classes. The actress had performed in several Stagecoach or school shows before she turned ten.
