Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music has seen major international advancements into Latin pop mainstream. Una Lady Como Tu, the song that he released in 2016, received the Colombian Kids Choice Award in 2017 for the Best Song. in Medellin, Sony distributed La Industria Inc. and also released ADN for his debut full-length album. The album reached number 8 in the Top Latin Albums Chart. Vaina Loca is the Top Five hit of Ozuna's Top Five album in 2007 was the album that brought him into Ozuna. He worked alongside Noriel for Mala Influencia in the year 2020, and next year, came out with his second album, the chart-topping Dopamina. He also performed as a duo TINI for her viral stream song Maldita Foto. 2000 which included the smash record La Bachata appeared in 2023. Turizo was brought up within a musical family, as both his mother & older brother are professional musicians. According to Turizo, music was a fundamental part of his life. As a child he learned to play the saxophone and the ukulele, and piano. He initially wanted to be a vet, but after his brother Julian convinced to him take lessons with an Cuban singer, he altered his career plans.
