Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is the Spanish pop and flamenco artist. She has been a part of the fringes of popular and traditional music since she was a teenager, she plays in other genres such as hip-hop soul and trap. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela describes her voice as sweet and sharp but with the bite of older singers. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was released in 2018, which had a huge commercial and critical reception. After Los Angeles, her debut album from 2017 it was recognized with the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also the Grammy. The single La Fama featuring the Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami will be her third full-length album. It included collaborations on writing songs with many performers and artists, among them Cory Henry. The set was released in March 2022, following the appearance of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish soloist to appear on Saturday Night Live. Motomami Rosala, in addition to winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, was the first female to ever win both of these awards.
