Rosalia
Rosalia Vila is also known as Rosalia, is a Spanish Flamenco music singer. Involved in the margins of music that is traditional and popular since she was a teenager, she is a part of other music genres, including hip-hop soul and trap. Pepe Habichuela, a flamenco guitar player who is a star, describes her voice saying that it was sweet and had an old-fashioned taste. El Mal Querer, her second album following Los Angeles in 2017, proved to be both a critical and commercial success. It was a top hit on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and won the Grammy. The single La Fama featuring the Weeknd was released in 2021. Motomami is her 3rd album of full length. It was a collection of collaborations songwriting with a variety of producers and artists, including Cory Henry. The album was released in the month of March, 2022 following a performance of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish solo artist to be a part of the show on Saturday Night Live. In addition to winning three other Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia was also the first female to be awarded this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
